a. Exhibition hours and exhibition hall
The hours and dates to visit the exhibition will be from October 21 to October 23, 2009, at the times mentioned below.
Exhibitors are requested to be in their exhibit area half an hour before the official opening of the exhibition hall.

OPENING: Wednesday October 21, 2009. 1:00 pm
EXHIBITION: Wednesday October 21, 2009. From 12:00 pm to 07:00 pm.
EXHIBITION: Thursday October 22, 2009. From 09:00 am to 07:00 pm.
EXHIBITION: Friday October 23, 2009. From 09:00 am to 07:00 pm.
Exhibitors must build a stand with their own design specifications. Spaces have the basic electrical installations described in the cubicle section. Therefore, any additional wiring must be performed by a qualified electrician hired by the exhibitor.
Stand consisting of two or more contiguous modules will have division panels between them.
Services for exhibitors
During visiting hours there will be Hostess Staff in the exhibition hall to provide the support required by the exhibitor.
Outside the hours of assembly and disassembly and exposition, the exhibition area will be under the surveillance of security staff, without allowing access to anyone.
i. Circulation hallways
These areas are open areas in order to view the products displayed at the stands, so you may not use walls, blankets or structures that impede the passage or the view of the inside of the assigned area in any direction.
ii. Equipment and materials of the exhibitor
a) the equipment and material property of the EXHIBITOR required to dress and decorate their exhibit area will be managed at their own risk and should be introduced to the exposition area through the entry established for it and in the assembly schedule. This material must be inventoried by the EXHIBITOR in original and copy, with the format provided by the ORGANIZER. All material inventoried will be matched with the original format, being in possession of a copy, which shall be supervised by the person responsible for safety of the exhibitor and signed by the person in charge of the exhibit area.
b) Equipment and material property of the EXHIBITOR required to do interactive demonstrations will be handled at the risk of the EXHIBITOR and must be introduced to the area designated by the ORGANIZER in the schedules for its assembly.
c) It may not be removed from the exhibition area: equipment, material, etc. before 9:00 p.m. on October 23, 2009, following all the safety guidelines set out in this regulation. No product should leave the exhibition area during the exhibition.
d) If the EXHIBITOR requires doing its own advertising in the media, with the image of the event, this will require the approval of the ORGANIZER.
iii. Special assembly or installation.
a) For the decoration of the exhibition areas and demo areas, the introduction or installation of equipment requiring gas and flammable liquid is prohibited
b) As is screwing, drilling and/or stapling items on the floor, the use of adhesives or similar products. Also no advertisements or signs may be placed anywhere other than within the contracted space. Space has a height restriction of 3.00 meters. Demonstrations may not be affecting the floor, walls or any part of the facilities of the exhibition hall. No exhibitor may assign under any circumstance the space assigned.
c) The emission of sound intensity is subject to authorization of the ORGANIZER to ensure the smoothness of the activity. Any Exhibitor using an appliance or tool that creates excessive noise and/or damage to neighboring stands is not allowed.
d) In case the EXHIBITOR causes any damage to facilities, materials or equipment of the ORGANIZER, their own exhibition area, or other exhibitors, it must settle for the repair or replacement of the premises immediately.
e) Temporary electrical installations that do not comply with the security arrangements according to their function, either risky or connections that take place outside the walls available are not allowed. In case of any damage caused the EXHIBITOR must pay before the close of the event.
f) Should any changes be required to the stand or to remove any special or additional wiring, the EXHIBITOR must tell the ORGANIZER.
g) The ORGANIZER will not provide Internet connections; this service must be processed and paid by the EXHIBITOR directly to the provider of that service which we make available in the section of service providers.
h) If the EXHIBITOR would like a special design for its booth, you must contract directly with your provider, or search for your own design, in both cases the corresponding charge will be paid by the EXHIBITOR.
i) Any equipment or material acquired/rented by the EXHIBITOR must be returned by the same, releasing from any liability the ORGANIZER.
iv. Security
Hotel Real Intercontinental maintains proper security checks at the entrances and exits of the building. Additionally, the organizers will hire the services of permanent private security guards to protect the areas occupied by the exhibition. However, each exhibitor is responsible for security of articles left in your booth, in accordance with the Regulations.
The ORGANIZER is not responsible for any incidents that arise outside the premises, including parking. Therefore, we ask that you take the necessary security measures to prevent any incident.
a) The Organizers shall not be liable for losses that might occur in the stands that do not have a personal presence of the company from the start time until the end time of the dismantling of your stand.
b) You may not enter or withdraw any promotional item, piece of equipment or office machinery and computers (laptop, TV, DVD, video cassette etc.) that is not properly inventoried in the format of security and sealed by the security company for the event. Any failure in this point of the regulation is the direct responsibility of the EXHIBITOR.
v. Obligations of the exhibitors
a) The cleaning of each exhibit area will be the direct responsibility of each EXHIBITOR. The common areas like hallways and any other area outside of the exhibit area will be handled by the ORGANIZER.
b) The EXHIBITOR shall be subject to the security established by the ORGANIZER, the local characteristics of equipment and signage, as well as preventive measures will be taken before and during the event.
c) Similarly, within the time and dates indicated, the EXHIBITOR will be solely responsible for the security of their materials, articles, inventories or any of their belongings, releasing from any liability the ORGANIZER.
