CANCELLATION POLICIES
IN ORDER TO GUARANTEE YOUR RESERVATION YOU SHOULD ACCEPT INMEDIATELLY A CHARGE TO YOUR CREDIT CARD THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF THE RESERVATION. ANY CANCELLATION SHOULD BE MADE AT LEAST 15 DAYS PRIOR TO NOVEMBER 1st OF 2010. GROUP CANCELLATION SHOULD BE MADE 30 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL OF THE CUSTOMERS. ON THE CONTRARY, THE TOTAL AMOUNT CORRESPONDING TO THE RESERVATION WILL BE CHARGED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD.
